In today's episode, we are talking about soulmates. As we'll learn and discuss in the episode, psychologists claim there are 4 types of soulmates: romantic, karmic, soul partner, and twin flame. We also go on many tangents about soul contracts, strong bonds with friendships, things happening for a reason, attachment styles, destiny, free will, manifestation, processing your feelings, and trying to put yourself in other people's shoes for a bigger perspective, staying emotionally regulated, self-awareness and self-evaluation around a situation, asking for change from your partner/in a relationship (meaning expressing your needs), non-negotiables in a partnership, the ego, and more.

We want to be careful; as we're saying, there's a purpose behind everything. We do not mean to spiritually or emotionally bypass these things. As you sit with feelings, knowing there is a purpose behind them and your life brings things full circle.
