I absolutely loved this episode. I had the privilege to sit down with Kesley Kappauff, a death doula and death educator. Kelsey shares the cultural denial of death in American society and how it impacts our way of living. And of course, there are many tears in this episode as we talk about Kelsey's personal journey into death work and the transformative experience of watching her father go through the dying process. She discusses the shift in her beliefs and the recognition of the interconnectedness of all beings. It really is such a beautiful episode. And if you have had someone close to you pass away or is in the process of dying, please know that we are holding space for all the feelings that are happening now and that are to come.
