S2 Ep 48 Emotions And Trauma.

Our sub conscious protects us and holds onto past trauma and overwhelming emotions from this life and as a soul, from past lives. We programme ourselves to protect us from harm and this year is the year to release everything which no longer serves us. We are beautiful beings as soul, and to be able to become luminous, we let go of old trauma and programmes that we no longer wish to carry. We become more free to be our authentic, true selves.
