This year has given us an opportunity to release energies which no longer serve us. By expanding our hearts, this can bring us great relief and enables us to receive more and more. Although it feels like a rollercoaster sometimes, being able to let go of emotions which no longer serve us is a blessing, if we allow ourselves this gift.
