Tonight the lads are joined in the studio by head coach of Hologan Martial Arts and former UFC fighter Paddy Holohan. Paddy shares his stories about making it to the UFC, that night at UFC Dublin and his illness that led him to early retirement. Paddy also discusses politics as he became a member of Sinn Fein, he also dives into detail about his experience with Covid, the illness that see's him exempt from getting the vaccine as well as his experience being a host of the No Shame podcast. This was enjoyable from start to finish and we really appreciate the Hologan coming on to share his stories with us.
