How is your ex-spouse spending parenting time with the children? You have custody. Your ex-spouse picks up the child and leaves the child with Grandma. Your ex-spouse has parenting time and leaves the child with the uncle. Your ex-spouse never spends time with the child. You want to terminate your ex-spouse's parenting time. Can you do it? The initial reaction will be no. You can't do it. It's none of your business. You do your thing in your own parenting time. Your ex-spouse can do their own thing in their parenting time. If your ex-spouse brings your child to someone smoking weed all the time, that's no good. If your child is put in harm's way during your ex-spouse's parenting time, that's no good either. At this point, you should have your attorney file a motion to inform the court. Inform the court about your ex-spouse's parenting time situation. The court won't know unless you bring the parenting time issues to their attention. Your motivation should be in the best interest of the child and not your ego. The court will support the motion because it is in the best interest of the child. The court is not interested in protecting your ego.
