In this episode we talk with Katrina McCain, author of the book, Beyond Being Good:Seeking Christ’s Perfection For Our Imperfect Hearts. Katrina is a former fashion model from North Carolina with a passion to encourage women of all ages to live for Jesus authentically, in spite of a culture that tells them they can't. We’ve all thought to ourselves at some point or another,  "I need to do better." Katrina asks the question “is life about doing better or living better?” Beyond Being Good shifts our perspective to one of being transformed by the goodness of God in our daily lives, rather than our personal attempts at perfection. In her book, Katrina invites us to live above social acceptance and personal perfection by delving into a deeper understanding of God’s goodness through a total experience of His love.
