Nicole Castillo is a RRCA certified running coach and has been run coaching since 2018, and a 200 hour certified yoga teacher, who is currently in the 300 hour YTT. She also recently became attuned in reiki level 1 for various types of healing. Nicole’s goal as a coach and yoga instructor is to guide athletes and students through a journey of growth and experiences. She values communication, and creates a safe space for her clients.
