Allyson Pesta is a RRCA (Road Runner’s Club of America) certified running coach, 200-HR certified yoga teacher, with additional training in trauma informed yoga and youth yoga, and a writer! Ally's mission is to provide individualized training plans, empowerment, self-love and joy through intentional running and movement. Ally firmly believes that we are all runners and that every person can find joy through authentic movement. She began running at 8 years old with her Dad, where she fell in love with the joy of running.
