Stephanie is an RRCA (Road Runner’s Club of America) and McMillan Running certified running coach with over 10 years of running experience. Additionally, Stephanie is a yoga teacher with advanced certifications in yoga for athletes, Yoga For All, and Empowered Wisdom Yoga Nidra. Stephanie believes that to be a runner is to believe in your possibility as a human through movement. Her favorite running distance is the half marathon (13.1 miles/21 kilometers).

Amanda Katz is an RRCA certified run coach as well as a certified personal trainer with specialties in indoor cycling and total body conditioning. She’s a full-time fitness professional, serving as an instructor at Equinox in New York City and joined the Running Explained coaching team last year. Amanda’s philosophy is based in the notion that all bodies deserve a fitness experience without punishment, guilt or shame. She approaches her craft with humor, a little tough love and ultimately, wants her clients to feel stronger and more capable in their bodies.
