I don’t journal, I don’t meditate daily, and I definitely don’t wake up at 5am for sunrise yoga. Sometimes I eat dinner late, watch Netflix in bed, and yes — occasionally don't even get my 5-a-day.

But here’s the thing: health isn’t about perfection. It’s about what’s sustainable, and what feels good for You, not what social media says you “should” be doing.
I share why doing less and my approach to wellbeing, without pressure, has actually helped me live more mindfully.
