After completing her A-Levels, Katie took a gap year (yarh yarhhh) and went travelling around Australia & New Zealand for 6 months with her best friend. When she came back, she thought going to university was for her. She quickly realised, however, that her heart wasn't in it. Shortly after, she applied for an apprenticeship role at Nestle, and 4 years later, she still loves her job.
