In this episode we talked about, presenting, what is the piont? So we talking about how to say what you need to say last episode. Often we get to the place of whats the point so why speak if you're not being heard?
We discuss how many times I have not said things I know I want to say because I believe that person wInto the words that I’m saying whether it be based on their bias weather be based on previous experiences of how they’ve been listening. So I tend to say what I need to say but I don’t say what I want to say so how can we say what we need to say when we feel like we’re not really being heard? It’s not about getting what we want what but being able to say what I need.
