We are inundated with so many affirmations telling ourselves that we’re great reminding ourselves those things but because were human also consider what others think and serve a tribe mentality in a world of agreement of people agree that it’s true so we’re always looking for that but within that also comes fear and it’s a deep rooted fear that attaches onto these concepts we just talked about the agreement the tribe mentality that if we’re ostracised from these things we may not be good enough anymore or potentially even have the fear of failure so how are we able to overcome the fear of what other people think and be true to ourselves to say those words of affirmation is really really know it be OK with who you are?
