Over the past decade, I've leaned into what true authenticity really means to me. Yoga has helped me peel back the layers of who I thought I should be to become who I truly am and allow others to see that full expression. However, I have struggled with people pleasing for years and have forgotten who I was in order to fit in. I've always regretted this and over the last few years specifically focused on shining as a bright as possible.
