Dr. Imus is an Assistant Professor of Oncology for John Hopkins University. Dr. Imus received his undergraduate degree (cum laude) in English from Rice University. He earned his M.D. from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He completed his residency in internal medicine at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and performed a fellowship in oncology at Johns Hopkins.

Your Host Dr. Garg is medical oncologist at our Annapolis location. his Hematology and Oncology fellowship at world-renowned, MD Anderson Cancer Center located in Houston, TX. It is the #1 Ranked Cancer Center in the United States and he was voted as the top graduating Oncology Fellow. Due to his love and passion for teaching, he was elected and served as the Chief Fellow for Education and won the Best Teaching Award, all the while publishing several research articles that appeared in various prestigious medical journals.

Since his departure from the MD Anderson Cancer Center, he continues to be invited as a regular speaker at the MD Anderson Board Review Course where hundreds of Hematologists and Oncologists from across the country attend this highly respected lecture series to prepare for their Hematology and Oncology Board Examinations. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor of Oncology at Johns Hopkins Hospital where he staffs the fellows’ clinic, conducts case-based weekly morning reports, and gives board review lectures.
