Our guest in this episode is Timothy Esposito, who talks about implementing best practice Technical Communication at Oracle. Timothy is the Manager of Logistics Documentation at Oracle Corporation where he supervises an international team of technical writers. He’s been a member of the Society for Technical Communication since 2005 and has held various roles including Chapter President in Philadelphia, and currently serves on the Board of Directors as the Secretary.

Timothy is a strong advocate of personal organization in life and work. He promotes the need for thoughtful design of interfaces and process simplification based on detailed analysis.  Away from work, he advocates the adoption of retired Greyhounds.
