2月24日凌晨，俄羅斯總統普丁正式宣布對烏克蘭東部進行「特殊軍事行動 (special military operation)」至今普丁完全不用「入侵 (invasion)」這個字來描述這次的軍事行動，反而不斷強調是為了「維繫平安 (peacekeeping)」，這樣的措辭 (rhetoric)只是為了合理化對烏克蘭的侵略行為。各國除了同聲譴責與祭出經濟制裁 (sanction)之外，難民議題 (refugee issue)也將會是未來的重點。另外，逐字稿都上傳到我的網站囉！請到：www.austincarestw.com 一邊讀一邊聽～
