In addition to the last half of the self care tips list, I talk about WHY I talk about self care - mainly to address my own patterns of emotional overwhelm, mind looping/anxiety, and dissociation from my body. The tools I've learned for self-regulation and mental clarity have significantly changed the way I experience being a human and my intention is to share them with anyone who may experience similar things so that we can start to live in a world of people who feel empowered in their own nervous system autonomy.
