In addition to the last half of the self care tips list, I talk about WHY I talk about self care - mainly to address my own patterns of emotional overwhelm, mind looping/anxiety, and dissociation from my body. The tools I've learned for self-regulation and mental clarity have significantly changed the way I experience being a human and my intention is to share them with anyone who may experience similar things so that we can start to live in a world of people who feel empowered in their own nervous system autonomy.

In this episode, we use the first Aquarian Sutra, "Recognize that the other is you," as a lens through which to examine our relationship with Mother Earth - in regard to both the glaring imbalances happening and in cultivating a path toward healing. We are all One being. What is happening on an Earth-scale is also happening in our individual bodies, as well as in our societal structure. Similarly, the path toward healing and allowing the evolution of Earth requires the healing and evolution of ourselves. 

I offer a few practices to take with you as a way of reconnecting with the Mother and grounding a new way of being into this collective reality so that we may begin to build the New World from the inside out.
