This episode is important to hear, and not only because it discusses mental illness-but because it brings to light a voice, of one who has lived with this stigma since the age of 20, and thus, there is no byte-sized offering on tap this week-I think this episode should be heard in it's entirety.

Dale is open and vulnerable this week sharing his story of mental illness and how he has suffered with schizophrenia since he was in his early 20's. He discusses how he has lived the last 20 years, the many hospitalizations, and the family and friends he has had who have looked after him and kept him safe. He is a poet and a writer, a funny man and a man who really wants to know himself. After the delusions of the last 50 years it appears he is going to be able to do just that.
