We're back for Season 2 of the Shannon Show and I could not have picked a better guest than my friend, Traci Hall!
***Trigger Warning : Talks of suicide, suicidal ideation, sexual assault, hospitalization and other potentially activating topics***
Traci is a Midwest born & raised, queer, autistic life coach who found her purpose after what she describes as a severe mental breakdown. Now she focuses on helping others break through limiting beliefs by creating healthier relationships with their emotions and with themselves by serving as an example of what’s possible!
In this episode, we talk through what the recovery process can be like after you've experienced a mental health crisis and how that can parallel with other types of recovery.
Traci shares some practical tips with us for how to prepare yourself for the next crisis and maybe even avoid it altogether! If you have ever struggled with your mental health, you won't want to miss this episode because it is packed full of helpful information on how to support yourself through it AND how to support others in your life who may be struggling as well.
