This week we're talkin "Keep It Pushin'" by Russ ft. Mahalia. It's all about someone wanting to focus on themselves and having to cut someone off because it's not going anywhere anymore. Mahalia sings from the perspective of the person being left behind, being told to not wait up for a text at night. The lyrics are harsh but straight up and very relatable on both ends. Sometimes a relationship's only purpose is to teach you something about life, love or about yourself. Just know when it's time to leave it behind if it isn't serving you and your sense of purpose anymore, because you're the only person who is ever gonna put you first. And if you're on the receiving end of this, it sucks but just know it's not personal.

We also go on a random deep tangent about internships and whether we agree with them or not, but don't worry we manage to relate it back to relationships real quick.
