On today's tidbit, Melissa is joined by Shannon Edwards of TriStar Pension Consulting. Shannon has been in the retirement plan industry for over 30 years.  She founded TriStar Pension Consulting more than 20 years ago. Shannon has been a credentialed member of American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) for 25 years. She has served on and currently serves on many ASPPA and ARA committees. In addition to ASPPA, Shannon is Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent. She is also a contributing author for Plan Consultant Magazine and the Journal of Pension Benefits. Shannon speaks at several national industry conferences each year.
