In this entry, I touch on my first experience with plant medicine. The expectations, ego deaths, and the quiet truths that came after. It wasn’t what I thought it would be, but it opened me in ways I didn’t ask for, but somehow deeply needed.

This is a story of death and rebirth, of continuing to lose who I thought I was, and of figuring out who I am becoming. No mysticism, no gloss. Just a little of what happened, and how it's shifting me.
