This week I spoke to Graham Cawte who is the owner of GC Total Swimming and Head Coach of Bassett JSF. The swimming club is fairly new on the block and is still making its way in the swimming world, so this week we talk about how Graham's private lessons grew into a swimming club. We also talk about the shift from adult swim fit, into junior swim fit, into competitive swimming. Graham also has experience teaching and coaching blind and deaf swimmers which is an incredibly interesting topic about how you go about creating improvements with these individuals.
