When it comes to your teenagers and their safety on the road, there is no such thing as being too prepared. While the worry may never completely go away, there are things beyond the basic driving laws you can teach your teen so when they head out on their own you know that they are living with Carfidence!
Welcome back to Ladies Kar Care Talk Show, today is an exciting episode! When working in a car repair shop there are some patterns you can’t help but notice. The first was the reason we actually started Ladies Kar Care. We wanted women everywhere to handle the maintenance and repairs of their cars without the fear of being ripped off. The second pattern came shortly after when we noticed the anxiety and worry that came with teenagers starting to drive for the first time.
You aren’t alone! We have a 14-year-old who is already picking out her first car and while it’s overwhelming to think of her getting behind the wheel. I KNOW that when she starts driving she will have everything she needs to feel confident and safe on the road. Now, here’s the good news, your teen can have everything they need as well!
Listen in as I talk about our brand new book “Get Carfidence”, the complete guide for new drivers on their journey to becoming independent and responsible. Sometimes as adults we tend to overcomplicate things, and cars are as complicated as they come, but with the right resources, you can take the stress off of you and your teen and focus on what really matters...teaching them new life skills! There is no one more uniquely set up for teaching your kids than you are. Whether you’re a pro at car maintenance or still struggle on how to pop your hood this book will help instill Carfidence and knowledge.
