With International Women's Day 2021 just around the corner, we're talking all things #ChooseToChallenge. We were fortunate enough to recently attend a Business Chicks event (in person, hooray!) and learn from the incredible former prime minister, and Australia's first female PM, Julia Gillard.

As a woman in leadership, Julia has certainly had her fair share of challenges but is choosing to call out bias and inequality. We walked away absolutely buzzing after this event and want to share our highlights with you.
