We talk about the importance of taking time for yourself after a breakup in order to make sure you let all the sad out, and reflect on everything that happened. Once you know you've put in the work to reach a healthy place in your single life, then you can be single af and proud af to admit that. Gotta love yourself first and everything will follow.
