Something we can’t imagine anyone to go through but as always we are here to share experiences and we have someone who’s left not one, but multiple abusive & toxic relationships. Shantal Van Moolenbroek joins us to share share some of her darkest stories in hopes to help bring awareness in understanding the signs of an abusive, toxic or unhealthy relationship. She also shares some of her own personal stories on how she left these types of relationships.
One key message she mentions is that “Nothing is more important than your own happiness & safety.”
Toxic relationships doesn’t have to be the physical or mental ones, it can be emotionally too.
She now has also joined KYUP! Project as an instructor to teach others to protect themselves against domestic violence and we are so proud of where she is today.
AND did we mention she’s a bad ass 💥, running her own martial arts gym. Find her doing Hapkido, Taekwondo, BJJ and Muay Thai at Two Kings Martial Arts.
