As a couple who has always been a gym & fitness junkie, that has been working out for over 10+ years now. We have tried many regimes, many workouts, many diets to help us “staying healthy”.

There was always the aesthetics, the clean eating and also the grind in the gym. However, do we still see working out and keeping fit the same way we did 10 years ago?
