Let’s be honest, we’ve all been here where we sometimes just don’t feel motivated to do certain things. However, when it becomes an ongoing slump. We really have to think and dig deep into why are we are feeling unmotivated.

Sometimes it’s because it’s not something you truly care about or maybe you’ve fallen out of love with it, or it could also be that you’ve just burnt yourself down to the ground.

This episode we’ll chat about reasons why you could be unmotivated, the lessons we’ve learnt from our experiences of losing motivation. Then we’ll also go through how we fuel ourselves to feel motivated again.

Spoiler alert, a lot of fitness examples thrown in there because we’re just complete fitness junkies but these experiences and examples can apply to anything you love doing in your life too!
