S2E36: Lessons from our worst memories

Listen Later

We’re big believers in finding the good in every situation. Whether it was a good moment or a bad situation, there is always something you can learn from it. That is one of the best ways to help ourselves grow and be a better person overall.

Which is why this week we are digging back, WAY back into our own memory banks and trying to remember what we considered our WORST memories to date and what we learnt from these situations.

Not only did this episode help us uncover some memories we haven’t thought of in a while to revisit our thoughts about it then versus now. But we’ve also learnt a lot more about each other on a deeper level and why we are now the way we are.

All of these lessons we’ve discussed really emphasises on why we always need to be compassionate. Something that may seem like a small issue to you could mean something completely different to someone else.

Let us know what is one of your worst memories and the biggest takeaway you’ve learnt from those moments.
