We are joined by special guest and good friend of Katherine’s, Frank DeAngelis, former Principal of Columbine High School 

Frank shares his best learnings since that fateful day on the 20th of April 1999 when two students, after a failed bombing attempt, opened fire inside the school, killing 12 students and one teacher, injuring many, many more. 

“one of the lessons that I learned is that we can all experience the same event, but how we deal with it, we deal with it differently."
