When you find your passion and pursue it, that’s a very satisfying accomplishment. When you’re able to instill that passion in others that’s a powerful opportunity. Chelsia Harris, associate professor of nursing and associate executive director of nursing for degree development in Lipscomb University’s School of Nursing, is doing that every day as she inspires and trains those called to pursue nursing to find their passion and to follow it through the school's new RN-to-BSN program.
