Thank you so much for listening! I've been stuck in a rut and in this episode, I'm letting y'all know what I'm doing to get out of it. I've been in a very heavy Linkin Park mood and was stuck between a few songs when titling this episode. I picked Breaking the Habit because my ruts usually lead me to create a ton of new bad habits that negatively impact my emotional and physical health. Let's do better together and create some new habits.
