Excess stress is the norm in the 21st century, and we're generally led to believe that it is bad for our physical health, but what if it was actually this belief that is deteriorating us?

In this ep, I explain what stress is, not just emotional stress but also the stress we cause our bodies and minds through what we eat and the information we consume. Then I answer the question of whether our perspective of stress can determine how it interacts with our health.
