This episode we talk about Kiana Ledé's song "Attention" off her 2020 album, KIKI. It's about starting fights with your boo and doing desperate unhealthy shit in order to try to get attention and salvage a dying relationship. Our friend Stephanie, who is studying and training to become a therapist, comes through as a guest, and breaks down maladaptive schemas for us. We figure out what some of our stereotypes about life are, and how we cope with them and in turn how that affects our relationships. We get deep into the psychology of picking a certain type of partner and accepting a certain type of love, and why everyone should seek therapy and the benefits that it can have in your love life.
