Another way of looking back at your achievements is to reflect on what you’ve learnt from all the lessons in life. Sometimes your younger self may make some not so great decisions but that’s the beauty of each individual’s journey.

Today we have another engineer friend, Alex Tam who shares his not so typical journey before he landed back in engineering. While he walks us through his journey he also shares all the lessons and experiences he had that changed his mindset and built him to who he is today.

As deep as this conversation can be, he definitely made a really light hearted conversation. Not only is it such a great journey but Alex is such a funny guy. If we ever had to play silent library we’d be losing by the second.
