  • The Secret Language of The Body by Jennifer Mann and Karen Rabin - New book that recently came out… I’ve been greatly enjoying it a lot 

  • Try Softly by Aundi Kobler - This one is an approach that I love. It can be a heavy and slow process to read through this book and do the chapter assignments.

  • The Body Keeps the Score: Brain, Mind, and the Body in the Healing of Trauma - This is a popular one and I’ve only just recently started reading it. I cannot recommend it enough
