Yoga - you may have heard of it. It is a practice that has been around for millennia and can be practiced in so many ways.

It can be used to create general body awareness as a way feel body parts in certain positions or poses. In this process, the body develops a general sense of stability. 

Additionally, it can be used as recovery to aid blood flow and to restore the body and mind in to a more neutral state.
