On this week’s Leading from Your Core Podcast and Vodcast, Obi Abuchi interviews Toye Oshunbiyi, Founder & CEO of Business Leaders Coach.

Toye has been coaching and training leaders for over 20 years and is passionate about his mission. 

He is motivated by the belief that organisations that have great leaders become great companies. 

In his previous role in a global staffing company, Toye was responsible for coaching, training, and developing the directorate and senior management team across the organisation as the Head of Learning in his region, producing many great leaders.  

Since starting Business Leaders Coach, he currently works as a Leadership and business coach, helping CEOs of small and medium-sized businesses transition from Start-up to Scale-up, explicitly helping them grow from Entrepreneurs/Managers into leaders and leaders into coaches.

Besides his business acumen, Toye serves in his local church, where he uses his skills voluntarily to help people.  

Toye enjoys jazz music, travelling, and playing the saxophone. He is married with two children and lives in London with his family.
