Marjo is a CEO and the founder of Magnetic Executive Coaching, which assists high-achieving executives
in becoming more fully themselves and rising to the top of their respective fields. She is passionate about
assisting leaders in achieving their goals of becoming effective leaders by helping them develop their
leadership voice and leverage magnetic communication in order to achieve sustainable business growth,
fulfill their vision, and create meaningful impact in the world.
Her previous works include "Finland Emojis," the most successful international public relations campaign
for Finland to date. Marjo's most recent project, Finnish Flow, organizes the participation of the Finnish
business community in Davos during the World Economic Forum week. Marjo has collaborated with
international changemakers such as Deepak Chopra, Sadhguru, and Bjarke Ingels with Finnish Flow. She
also uses her experience in TV news journalism, award-winning international communications, and stage
performance to transform high-performing executives into influential new world leaders through magnetic
communication.
Marjo's clients include Nordic and international companies, banks, governmental organizations, and
telecom and technology firms. She is a member of the HVS Tennis Board of Directors and the Finnish
Tennis Association's Advisory Board. She studied theater at the University of Surrey in London and
executive presence at Cornell University in the United States. She now lives in Helsinki with her family
and works as an in-demand coach and speaker around the world.

Penny is an entrepreneur, Public Speaker, Author and Community Builder who believes in “Community Led Growth’, her belief in business has always been highly personal. Her latest book “Business is Personal’ helps thousands of business owners to find their success and happiness in business. This book has been Penny’s philosophy; she manifests this belief through communities, herself, and to aid clients with their creation.
‘Business Loneliness’ is a mental challenge that impacts the financial results for many, however, Penny focuses on this aspect of mental support through building and serving business communities.
She was awarded her OBE by the Queen in 2014 for her ‘contribution to entrepreneurs in the Digital Economy, citing the work she and her husband, Thomas, achieved to bring community to business owners in 1998 before LinkedIn and Facebook (who followed 4 and 6 years later). ‘Academy’ grew across 52 Countries with 650,000 members. Working with Business Owners and their dedication to Community values has been their life ever since.
Penny and Thomas launched an exclusive Business community for "Experts" in 2020. Business owners who have decided to devote their lives to a skill that will benefit others. The BIP100 community reflects their beliefs in small intimate groups,' ensuring intimacy, privacy, trust, and support for business owners, where they can grow and support each other with strong kindness values. To maintain community intimacy, the BIP100 Group will never have more than 100 members. They also run a Community Accelerator to teach others how to build a community as a central revenue and customer retention strategy.

Journey of Resilience
Carole Simb arrived in London in the late nineties, where she worked for Eurostar, British Airways and
Food show Catering Company. There she learnt the best catering techniques and acquired her excellent
customer service skills, putting a smile on every customer's face.
In 2013, Carole trained at the prestigious and internationally renowned Crêperie "Au Soleil Breton
Kervengard" in Brittany, where she was awarded a certificate of excellence in crêpe making.
Located in London, at the heart of multicultural and diverse food culture, Carole felt the need to bring a
taste of Guadeloupe to the UK. She had always wanted to create something of her own. So, armed with
her entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for food and a degree from the University of Life, she began Crêperie
Guadeloupe in June 2013.

Taking a leap of faith, Carole acquired a quirky little Piaggio van which she converted into an amazing,
eye-catching mobile crêperie. Since then, she has built up a large fan base in South West London for her
traditional exotic crêpes.

LFYC | S3 E21 – Obi Abuchi Robert Stephenson | The Power of Your Story
On this week’s Leading from Your Core Podcast and Vodcast, Obi Abuchi interviews Robert Stephenson.
Robert was originally trained as an actor and mime artist, and the physical theatre was a key part of his
early career, with a foundation in performance and theatre. He worked with a number of organizations,
including Creative Partnerships and A New Direction, where he delivered training alongside Educational
Consultant Mathilda Joubert, which sparked his initial interest in coaching.
Prior to coaching and working with young people in schools and nurseries, Robert had a diverse
background that included involvement with various aspects of higher education institutions. He also
worked on degrees at several universities, including running a Theatre and Education module at Essex
University and contributing work to Anglia Ruskin University's Masters in Education and the Arts.
Initially trained as an NLP Practitioner and hypnotherapist, he went on to complete his Diploma in
Transformational Coaching before adding a number of other accredited coach training courses to his
toolkit, including David Drake's Narrative Coaching, Simon Western's Analytic Network Coaching, and
Peter Hawkins Advanced Coaching.
His path to life coaching and training has taken him down a path of diverse experience and learning, and
as a result, he has been on an incredible journey of self-development, consistently expanding both his
training and coaching skill set.

On this week’s Leading from Your Core Podcast and Vodcast, Obi Abuchi interviews Adeola Oludemi.
Adeola began her career in engineering and earned chartered status with the Institution of Civil
Engineers, a field in which she spent more than 30 years. Whether leading volunteers in the charity
sector, teams of engineers building or maintaining infrastructure, or a workstream of a business change
program, her leadership success has always been around her relationships with her people.
Being in the minority (in some fashion) throughout most of her career necessitated a concerted effort to
cultivate relationships in order to establish the trust necessary for leadership.
Adeola's passion for people development eventually prompted her to quit engineering to pursue an MSc
in Coaching and Behavioural Change, allowing her to better assist others in realizing their full potential.
Her passion to help others through her leadership has led her to take on a part-time leadership position
with a children's charity as well as many trustee positions.

On this week’s Leading from Your Core Podcast and Vodcast, Obi Abuchi interviews Kevin Bryant.
In 2010, Kevin co-founded Educated Change, one of the most innovative consulting firms in the social
media arena, building close relationships with senior executives determined to enhance their firm's and
their own reputation. In 2016, Educated Change was named a Red Herring Top 100 Tech firm.
They recognised early in their growth that people don't want to connect with a corporate logo, they want
to engage authentically with people sharing a common interest, speciality, or cause. Selling is no longer
event-driven, it's a continuous conversation where trust, sharing, education - and even entertainment -
are the keys to capturing attention in our 'attention economy'.
His perspective on sales, relationship building, and change was honed during twenty years in banking,
encompassing all aspects from corporate lending to investment banking to retail. His last position was as
General Manager of BankBoston/Fleet Boston’s European operations. He was later President of a tanker
company owned by one of Greece’s leading shipping families. Kevin has proven experience in leading,
coaching and inspiring teams through change.
Kevin has also served on the boards of two public companies and the board of Babson College,
America’s leading private university in the field of entrepreneurship. As a student there, he played on two
NCAA National Champion soccer teams. He lectures on social media and social marketing at Brunel
University’s business school and has taught Tai Chi to hundreds at his Surrey and Brighton (UK), Tai Chi
schools.

Alex also co-leads and serves as Executive Director of the Hanne Howard Fund, a grassroots,
family-based charitable organization founded by her mother Hanne and her husband in 2005 that has
helped over 100 vulnerable and orphaned children in Nairobi, Kenya, escape poverty through education
and life skills training
Alex has dedicated her life to helping others assist themselves for over 15 years, and she is enthusiastic
about empowering and elevating the minds and lives of men, women, and youth who want to come alive
and thrive by doing more of what matters to them for the benefit of others and our world.
