S2:EP 21: Say no to anxiety

Anxiety, yes the most common ailment we all are suffering from. Be it work be it home , even on streets this bug bites most of us and we crib, we feel low but we seldom speak about it, the fear of branded as “ mentally challenged “ haunts us. But what best can we do to fight this.
1. There is no shame in accepting that am little stressed and I will work it out
2. Focusing on circle of influence works better than thinking about circle of concern
3. Constantly repeating rationale reasoning and a positive conclusion
4. Exercising-speaking it out- spirituality will all help in getting out
5. Definitely take professional help if required there is no shame in this and no need to advertise our problems, solve it in confidentiality
6. Regardless of the weight , its how long we hold it causes pain. So lets admit there’s a problem and we will deal with it
