We all have to eat. So it pays to know what's going in to your body. And the best way to regulate that is by cooking your own food. And while it's funny to think about low-skill cooks, there's actually a LOT of practical application for meals that are quick and easy to prepare and, of course, wholesome for you!


Josh (the low-skill cook here) gives his go-to breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas and then how to modify each for additional fat loss OR muscle gain. Jordan gives simple tips on how to make each recipe even more tasty, while not breaking the healthy value.
