What do you do? We get asked this question all the time. It’s an overwhelming question, but there are very powerful ways to answer. People want to put a label on who you are. You don’t have to play their game. The important thing to remember as a coach is that coaching is a tool, not a title. Use coaching as a part of your answer, but do not identify as a coach!
