Hands up if you love being tanned... literally everyone! This week I had the absolute pleasure of chatting with Lauren of Grow To Glow, a spray tan business in the heart of Renfrewshire. Lauren was made redundant in February, and instead of hitting the panic button, used the experience to go after what she really wanted. As a fitness enthusiast, and PT, her whole mantra is helping people look and feel good, in both the short term and long term - and she's absolutely smashing it.
