It is written in Isaiah 51:12 "Do not fear mortal men ", this is a call to trust and reverence God instead of the things of the world or our own strength.

We should not fear man who can kill the body but we should be fearful only of God who has the power to destroy both body and soul . We should rely and look to God Almighty for reliance and strength instead of the things of the world or humans.
