Isaiah prophesied a time when "A king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment" (Isaiah 32:1). That time lies in our foreseeable future, but it does not exist today. These are troubling times! World leaders are inept because metaphorically, "the tail wags the dog." Prime ministers and presidents lead by carnal human thinking, fulfilling the will of the voters. Without the mind of Christ, the righteousness and justice of God do not exist.
