God desires that His elect children learn to live to please Him. Moreover, the church was given to us to teach us how to live for Him. And God's called ministry conveys Father God's instructions, specific to our needs for today.

The process appears simple enough, except for two factors. First is our rebellion and lingering sinful nature that undermines God's purpose. Second is the devil's subtlety in opposing God's plan by offering a counterfeit gospel. Brother Singh stresses that we need both light and darkness—exposure to good and evil—to develop the maturity necessary to live in a manner pleasing to God.
